Manage activity requests, course catalogs, enrollments, attendance, rosters, and family communications as a provider.

Managing Activity Requests

When a school sends you a course request, you'll be notified by email. Go to Activity Requests to review, accept, or decline the request. Once accepted, you can build out the activity details.

Managing Your Course Catalog (Activity Templates)

Save time by creating reusable activity templates. Go to Catalog to add, edit, or remove templates. When accepting a course request, you can apply a template to pre-populate the activity.

Activities Page Overview

The Activities page lists all your current and past activities. Click into any activity to view enrollments, attendance, billing, and communications.

Enrollments and Billing Tab

Within an activity, the Enrollments tab shows all enrolled students, their payment status, and registration question responses. The Billing tab summarizes charges and payouts.

Taking Attendance

From an activity, click Attendance to mark students present or absent for each session. Attendance can also be taken via attendance codes if enabled by your organizer.

Exporting Class Roster

Click Export Roster from the Enrollments tab to download a CSV of all enrolled students and their details.

Inviting or Adding a Student

To manually add a student to an activity, go to the Enrollments tab and click Add Student. Search by name or email address.

Managing the Waitlist

When an activity is full, students are placed on a waitlist. Go to Enrollments > Waitlist to view waitlisted students and move them into the activity if space opens.

Contacting Families

From an activity's enrollment list, select students and click Message to send a direct email to their families through Homeroom.

Registration Questions

View families' answers to registration questions from the Enrollments tab by clicking on a student's enrollment record.
