Schools may require providers to submit compliance documents before running activities. These can include background checks, insurance certificates, and certifications.

Go to Settings > Compliance to view required documents for each school you work with. Upload the requested files directly from this page.

Your compliance checklist shows the status of each required document — pending, submitted, or approved. Keep documents current to avoid disruptions to your activities.

If a required compliance document expires, you'll receive an email reminder. Update the document promptly to maintain your active provider status with that school.
