How to Find Your Receipt
Go to My Account > Billing to view all your payment history. Click on any transaction to view or download a receipt.
Itemized Invoice for Aftercare
For aftercare billing, an itemized invoice is available under Billing > Aftercare Invoices. This shows a breakdown of all aftercare charges for the billing period.
Viewing Upcoming Charges
See all scheduled upcoming charges under Billing > Upcoming Charges. This includes installment payments and recurring aftercare fees.
Opting Out of Automatic Charges
If your school allows it, you can opt out of automatic charges by going to Billing > Payment Settings and toggling off automatic payments. Contact your school if you don't see this option.
Updating Your Payment Method
Go to Account > Payment Methods to add, update, or remove a credit or debit card on file.
Splitting Payments Between Two Parents
Homeroom supports split billing between two accounts. Contact your school organizer to set up a payment split arrangement.
Tax ID and Address for Tax Purposes
If you need to provide a tax ID or verify an address for FSA/HSA reimbursement, go to Account > Tax Information to find your provider's tax details.
Making a Donation
If your school has enabled donations, you'll see a donation prompt during checkout. You can also make a donation at any time from Billing > Donate.
