Families: Account Management

Manage your Homeroom account details, family contacts, and notification preferences.

Updating Your Account Information

Go to My Account > Profile to update your name, email address, phone number, and password.

Managing Family and Contacts

Add or update family members and emergency contacts under Account > Family & Contacts. This information may be shared with activity providers.

Help with Account Access

If you can't log in, use the Forgot Password link on the login page. If you're still having trouble, reach out to your school's Homeroom organizer for assistance.

Notification Preferences

Choose which emails you receive from Homeroom (enrollment confirmations, activity reminders, messages) under Account > Notification Preferences.
