Families: Withdraw From Course

How families can cancel or withdraw from an activity, depending on whether enrollment is open or closed.

Withdrawal depends on both the enrollment period status and your school's withdrawal policy.

If Enrollment Is Still Open

If your school allows withdrawals during the enrollment period, you can cancel directly from your Homeroom account:

  1. Log into your Homeroom account.

  2. Go to the Payments tab.

  3. Locate the class you'd like to cancel.

  4. Click the Cancel button next to the class.

Please note: Not all schools allow withdrawals during the enrollment period. If your school does not, you'll need to contact them directly to request approval for a cancellation.

If Enrollment Is Closed

Once enrollment has closed, cancellations are no longer self-service. You must contact the class provider to request a withdrawal or refund.

To find their contact information:

  1. Log into your Homeroom account.

  2. Go to the Payments tab.

  3. Click on the class name.

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the class details page to find the provider's email address.

Reminder

Each class has its own cancellation policy, which is clearly stated during registration. Be sure to review those details before finalizing your enrollment.
