Two crucial items in ensuring a seamless experience are knowing where activity participants are going after class and making sure families have the right dismissal information at checkout.
Adding Classroom Teachers
Families need to select their child's classroom teacher during checkout for after-school enrichment activities. To add teachers, click on Setup on the left-hand navigation and stay in the General Info section. Scroll down to Teachers and click the edit icon on the right. Add the teacher name and grade, then click Save Changes.
Adding Dismissal Options
Staying in the General Info tab, scroll down to Dismissal Options and click the edit icon to configure your dismissal options. Dismissal options are a required field for enrichment and camp activities.
When families create student profiles in Homeroom, they will select which classroom the student is in, and their dismissal option will be set accordingly.
