Organizer: How do I add or remove a Provider?

How to add, remove, and manage providers in your Homeroom organizer account.

Add a Provider

To invite providers to lead a class at your school, you need to add them to your account first. Note: New providers will see a welcome message from Homeroom. Existing providers will not get a notification until a course request is sent.

  1. Click on Providers in the left-hand navigation

  2. Click Add Provider

  3. Enter the provider details: name, contact name, email, and phone number

  4. Click Add Provider

You will now be able to invite them to lead a class at your school.

Deleting a Provider

If a provider is no longer teaching at your school, you can remove them from your provider list:

  1. Check the checkbox next to the provider's name

  2. Click Delete Provider in the Actions toolbar

Note: If a deleted provider returns in the future, you will need to add them back to your Homeroom account.

Copy Provider Emails

To quickly email all of your providers, click Copy Provider Emails in the Actions toolbar to copy all provider email addresses to your clipboard.
