Homeroom makes it easy for families to access all of their payment history and download receipts — helpful for dependent care FSA reimbursements and tax filing.
From the family portal
Families can log into their Homeroom account at any time to view and download their full payment history:
Log in to the Homeroom family portal
Click Account → Payment History
Download individual receipts or all receipts for the year as a single PDF
Email receipts
Families also receive an email receipt after every charge. These can be forwarded or printed directly from their inbox.
For organizers: pulling family receipts
If a family needs help accessing a receipt, you can pull it from the admin side:
Search for the participant and go to the participant profile
Click on their account and open Payments
Download or email the receipt directly
💡 Tip: Homeroom receipts include all required information for dependent care FSA submissions.
