How to Charge Extra Time on a Facility Rental

Charge a family for additional facility rental time when they have already paid and want to extend their reservation.

When a family has an existing facility rental and wants to add more time, you can bill them for the extra time directly from the Season tab. This walkthrough covers how to find the right booking and apply the additional charge.

Before you start

Confirm which season and which facility you need to work in. The correct billing enrollment will be listed under that specific facility.

Steps

  1. Go to the Season tab and select the current season for the registration form you are working with.

  2. Find the specific facility you need (for example, the Gymnasium). Open it.

  3. You will see all the rentals for that for that facility, showing every family who has booked.

  4. Select the facility rental enrollment you want to bill, check the box on the left, and click Charge Extra.

  5. Enter the amount for the additional time and a brief description (for example, "Extra billing time").

  6. They will receive an invoice for the new amount and you can see it in the billing tab.

What happens next

The individual receives an invoice and can pay it through their Homeroom account.
