Messaging a class provider

How to contact the provider running your child's class.

You can contact your class provider directly from Homeroom, either by sending a message or by email.

You can contact your class provider directly either by messaging them within Homeroom or via email.

  1. Access Your Activity. Log in to your Homeroom account and go to the Schedule tab. Click on the activity name you’re enrolled in.

  2. Open the Activity Page. You’ll be directed to the Activity Details page, which displays the program description.

  3. Send a Message. On this page, find and click the “Contact Provider” button. Type your message or concern in the text box, then click Send.

  4. Email Option (if available). You may also contact the provider directly by email. The provider’s email address is often listed at the bottom of the activity detail page.

Your provider will get your message and reply through the same thread.
