Multiple check-ins
You can now record multiple check-ins and check-outs for a student within the same activity on the same day, making it much easier to track students who step out and return — whether for tutoring, soccer, or any outside program. Families will only be charged for the time their student is actually checked in, and you'll always have a clear picture of where each student is at any given moment.
To use this feature, select the student you'd like to check-in again and hit "Check in again." (T8669)
Parent email replies go straight to you
Set a custom reply-to address per school so when a family replies to a Homeroom email, it lands in your inbox instead of ours. Leave it blank to keep the old behavior. (T4780)
Promote from the waitlist and apply a discount in one step
When you move a waitlisted student into an activity, any discount they'd requested can be applied at the same time. (T10729)
Notes respect staff access
Notes are now tied to a school, so team members only see the notes for schools they have access to. (T8952)
Smoother instructor sign-in
Instructors now get an invite email and are recognized automatically, so they no longer hit a dead end picking the wrong account type when they log in. (T8604)
Subject lines
You can now add an optional subject to ad-hoc messages.
Replies from families go directly to the individual that sent the initial email, not everyone on the thread
The first team member to respond to a message from a parent now takes ownership of the conversation, and subsequent replies stay between that team member and the parent. (T10547)
