We've updated the wording on the Add/Invite participant dialpg to make it easier to tell the difference between inviting a participant to sign up on their own and immediately enrolling and charging them. The new labels more clearly describe what happens for each action, reducing confusion when managing registrations. [T8423]

Admins can now choose an authorized pickup contact from a dropdown when signing a student out, removing the need to enter a PIN code. After the fact, admins can also edit the recorded contact name to reflect who actually picked up the student. [T7814]
