You will not be notified of any changes made to a team member's profile by default. However, it is possible to configure these notifications.
NB: Only admin users can configure these notifications.
To configure these notifications, go the team management area of your settings. You will find a list off all team members in your company here. When you hover over a team member's name, a cog will appear to the far right. Click this and select manage notification.
A new window will appear, displaying a search bar, which you can use to choose who should receive email notifications whenever that team member's profile is updated.
NB: Only admins and line managers of the staff member selected will be available to configure these notification emails to.
