Admin users can trigger a reset password email to any staff member when logged into their own account.
To do this, navigate to the employee's profile and click on the cog icon in the top right corner of their profile header, then select Reset password.
We will send them an email with a link to set a new password. Ask them to look out for this email as the link will expire after one hour.

Alternatively, you can also generate a temporary password following the same steps as above, but selecting Generate password from the dropdown menu.

This will create a temporary password for the user, which you can share with them, and they can set a new password once they have logged into their account.
