What Happens if I Get Locked Out of my Account?

If you have been locked out of your Homerun HR account following too many failed login attempts and you have two-factor authentication enabled, you will need to contact our Customer Success Team to have your two-factor authentication setting removed.

This will allow you to reset your password and log back in. If you wish to re-enable two-factor authentication, you can do so once in your account.
