What Information can I Report on in Staff Squared?

Staff Squared generates a series of pre-defined reports to give you a better understanding of data such as staff sickness, holidays, salaries, goals and thanks.

All reports are displayed in real time to ensure that your data is always accurate and up-to-date.


To view any of the reports, navigate to your reports page and click on the name of the report you would like to view.

A list of pending, upcoming, recently taken and cancelled holidays by holiday period

A list of sick leave by holiday period, including pending and ongoing (where this exists)

A full list of ALL information held about a subject

An overview of absence for each member of staff, including holiday days remaining balance and holiday and sick days by month

A monthly count of custom absences for each member of staff

A list of all holiday requests for each member of staff

Holiday balances for each member of staff, covering allowance, bank holidays, earned for pro-rata, used, adjustments and remaining

A list of the total amount of absence for each employee per custom absence type

A list of manual absence adjustments for each member of staff

A list of all sick leave instances for each member of staff and the associated cost to your business

The total number of sick days, instances and the Bradford Factor score for each member of staff

A list of all lateness and the associated cost to your business

A summary of employee lateness and associated cost

A list of all employees with the amount of time they have worked, taken as holiday and taken sick

A list of all benefits for all employees, along with their associated value

An export of all of your staff data in one spreadsheet

Details of service for all members of staff, including length of service and key dates

Details of the current working pattern for each member of staff

Details of all probation periods within the selected period

Salary for each member of staff in each month of the given period, including percentage change

A list of employee types with the number of staff assigned to each

All members of staff that have joined or whose employments have ended in the given period

A summary of your staff retention for the given period
