Once you have set an objective, you can then assign existing goals to it.
This will aid you to break down how the objective will be achieved and help you and your staff to understand how far into completion the objective is.
Each goal that is set will have tasks and a completion date, and you and your staff are able to keep track of its progress via email reminders.
