If you are on the free trial and have not entered payment information, your account will simply expire after the trial. You do not need to cancel anything.

All Payments are handled by a third-party solution such as PayPal, AmazonPay, and Apple. You can manage your subscription from their respective portal to set up reminders and cancel.

You can also cancel via the Homeschool Panda web app if you subscribe through the website. We require 48-hour notice before the renewal date to process the cancellation

Log into HSP and click on your profile image in the upper-right corner. Then, choose My Account.

How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone or iPad
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

Unless you ask us to delete your account, canceling your subscription will not delete your data.
