You can add multiple Airbnb accounts to your workspace. However, the Airbnb account must be the primary account the listing was created on, not a co-host account. Only the primary account can be synced as Airbnb's official API does not provide full functionality to co-host accounts.

Have a look at this video here, or read through the instructions in this article to find out how.

Adding another Airbnb account

1. Ensure you are logged out of any other Airbnb accounts before syncing the new account to the Hometime Platform. It is recommended you are logged into the account you want to add.

2. Once logged in and on the Hometime homepage, click on the profile name on the top right, then click on "Profile" from the dropdown.

3. Under Profile, click on "Connected account" on the left-hand pane.

4. The next screen should contain all the added accounts (currently connected and disconnected). From here, click on "Add account" from the top right of the screen.

5. A pop-up menu should now appear with a message about managing imported properties. Then, on the bottom left of that pop-up, click on "Add account."

6. Another pop-up screen with a checklist will now appear. Go through the checklist and select the appropriate choices:

  • If you have connected a PMS in the past, you will need to ensure that it is disconnected by following these steps.

  • If you connect to an API tool like Hometime, you may be required to implement the Host-Only fee. Read more about it here.

7. We will take you to an Airbnb log in screen where you will need to log into the account you wish to add. You will need to accept and allow the Hometime Platform to connect to this account.

8. Once complete, you can then select the active listings that you wish to import into the Hometime Platform. It is best to then complete the Property Profiles for each listing as covered here.
