Our Starter plan includes more sophisticated features to help streamline your operations and assist with growth.

Free Plan

How do you charge?

We don't, under our Free plan, no payment method is required to sign up. Simply import your listings and you are good to go! If you wish to upgrade your subscription at any time, you will be required to enter a payment method.

Starter Plan

How do you charge?

Under the Starter plan, we charge a monthly subscription fee for each active listing. We charge in advance based on the number of active listings you have imported at the start of your billing cycle. All listings that are imported throughout the month are charged at the next billing cycle and will be prorated based on the date they were imported.

What is classified as an active listing?

A listing is classified as active as soon as it has been imported to your workspace. You can archive a listing at any time if you want to remove it from your workspace and you will stop being charged.

How do I see the subscription type I am on?

To see your subscription type:

  1. Click on "Settings"

  2. Click on "Subscription"

How do I view my receipt and how many listings are active?

We provide a monthly receipt with all active listings that have been charged to your account during the billing cycle. We even pro-rata any new properties that were uploaded partway through the billing cycle, so you are only being charged once the property is connected.

To see your receipt:

  1. Click on "Settings"

  2. Click on "Billing"

  3. Click on "Download Receipt"

What happens if I downgrade from the Starter plan to the Free plan?

When you downgrade from the Starter plan to the Free plan, you will lose access to some features.


  • You will no longer be able to create statement templates.

  • Your properties will no longer generate new statements

  • All previously generated statements will still be editable


  • You will no longer be able to create automated task templates, but all previously created tasks will remain.

  • All previously created automated and manual templates will remain active.

Who in my workspace can change my subscription?

Only workspace owners and admins have the ability to change your subscription type. All other users will not be able to access your subscription & billing information.
