If you manage listings on behalf of other owners, you can assign a management fee to each property. Our automated finance tools will then apply your fees to each reservation, making it easy to calculate your income at the end of the month.

How to Assign a Management Fee

Go to "Finance" and click on "Management Fees". If there is no fee assigned, you can click on "Add fee" and enter the start date and management fee. You don't need to enter an end date if the management fee applies to all future reservations. The management fee entered should be inclusive of all taxes.

How to Change a Management Fee

We understand that management fees can change, or there are promotional periods, so you have the ability to add different management fees across different dates or change an existing fee.

Applying multiple management fees:

You can create multiple management fee entries. When creating a new fee, make sure an end date is added to the existing fee as they can't overlap dates. Do this by selecting the edit icon next to the relevant fee and enter the last date you want the fee to be valid. Then simply add the new fee and date range this applies to.

Changing an existing management fee:

You also have the ability to change an existing management fee that has already been applied. If a management fee is edited, all reservations within that period will automatically be recalculated. However, this only applies to "Open" statements and not those that have been set to "Completed" or "Archived".
