If an automated message no longer needs to be sent to a specific guest, you can cancel the message before the scheduled time.

Go to "Messages", and from the main inbox, you can "View messages" at the bottom of the message thread and see all upcoming messages. You then have the option to either "Send now" or "Cancel" the scheduled message.
