The homeowner needs to select the dates they wish to book and tick "Blocked". The "Reason for booking" will always default to "Blocked for homeowner" and can't be changed. They will also have to provide details for the booking, which will reflect on your calendar too. You will receive an email notification whenever an owner makes a booking.

Although the owner can block dates, they aren't able to unblock or open any dates in the calendar. This is to prevent any operational issues where a property may not be guest-ready and to ensure that rates are set correctly before the dates are made available.
