How To Notify Fans

Should you need to inform fans, guests, or ticket holders about event changes, weather delays, parking instructions, or other updates, you can notify them via text and email through the Box Office or the Hometown Gate App.

Notifying Ticket Holders From The Gate App:

  1. When logged into the Gate App, select the Event

  2. Navigate to the Event Management option on the Menu Page

  3. Select Notify Guests

  4. Insert updates in the required Message Fields and Subject Lines.

  5. Select Send


Notifying Ticket Holders From The Box Office:

  1. Navigate to the event that you need to edit details for.

  2. Under Box Office Tools select Guest List

  3. Select Notify Guests

  4. Insert updates in the required Message Fields and Subject Lines.

  5. Select Send.

Pro Tip: You are limited to three notifications per event. To review previously sent notifications, select Notification History, next to the Notify Guest button on Step 3.
