Event organizers can use passcodes, presale codes, and promotional codes for each event. While these codes may seem similar, their purposes and functionalities differ. Event organizers distribute these codes to specific groups. If you believe you have a code and cannot find it, we recommend you reach out to your event organizer.
Passcodes allow access to exclusive tickets that are not available to the general public, such as for students, staff, alumni, or donors.
Promo codes, on the other hand, offer special discounts at checkout. The choice to use these codes is up to the event host, and some events may not have any codes.
Using a Passcode or Presale Code
When viewing an event, click Have a Passcode? Users can find this button on the event page near the ticket purchase section to enter their passcode.
2. Enter the valid passcode or presale code.
3. Click Apply.
Using a Promo Code (Discount Code)
Add tickets to your cart.
Proceed to checkout.
Enter the valid promotional code.
Click Apply.
Note: If your code is not working, ensure that it is not expired and that the terms of the offer are met. All codes are distributed from the school or event organizer.
