You can purchase and download tickets on via the Hometown Fan app or online. If you choose to purchase tickets or passes, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided at checkout and land on a confirmation page.
When you purchase tickets, you will be directed to purchase one event or pass at a time, ensuring streamlined processing per event.
Here’s How To Purchase Tickets on our Website
Navigate to events.hometownticketing.com.
Navigate to the event, select Get Tickets, then use the + and - buttons to select the quantity of tickets desired for each ticket type. Click the Checkout button.
Provide your contact information along with that of any recipients. (See note below regarding ticket and pass access)
Enter the payment information and acknowledge the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Click Submit Order
View the confirmation page. Remember that each ticket purchase must be completed as a separate transaction for each event.

Navigate to events.hometownticketing.com.
Navigate to the event, select Get Tickets for the appropriate pass, then use the + and - buttons to select the quantity of tickets desired for each pass type. Click the Checkout button.
Provide the contact information for each pass recipient, including their first and last name, email address, and phone number. Once you add the contact information for all pass holders, you will be asked to provide your contact information.
Enter the payment information and acknowledge the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Click Submit Order
You will receive an order confirmation email, and be directed to the "Order Complete" confirmation page.Keep in mind that individual transactions are needed for each pass or event.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Tickets Are Not on Sale Yet
Some events have a scheduled release time for tickets. Check the event’s details and try adding tickets when sales open.
Online Sales Have Ended
If you see a message saying “Sales have ended,” it means that online ticket purchases are no longer available for that event.
Event Requires a Passcode
Certain events restrict ticket access using a passcode. Enter the valid passcode in the designated field on the event page.
Browser or App Issues
If you encounter errors, try refreshing the page, clearing cache, using a different browser/device, or switching to the HomeTown Fan App. Ensure your browser is up to date and consider switching devices if problems persist.

Here’s How To Access Your Tickets or Passes
On the Order Confirmation Page:
Click View Tickets to view your ticket in browser
Click "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" in your mobile browser
Click the calendar icon to add a ticketed event to your Google or Apple calendar. The invite will contain a link to the tickets as well as the event name, time, and address.
Inside your Confirmation Email:
Click View Tickets to view your ticket in browser
Click "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" to save the ticket
Click Add to Calendar. The invite will contain a link to the tickets as well as the event name, time, and address.=
Inside the Fan App
Click "Tickets" in the bottom panel of the Hometown Fan App. You can toggle between tickets and passes to view available tickets and passes.
Click "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" underneath the desired pass or ticket.
Click on the ticket or pass to view passes, and save them to your Apple or Google wallet.
Passes operate differently from tickets; each pass holder must log in to their individual Hometown account—either through events.hometownticketing.com or via the Fan App—to access their passes. Pass holder access is linked to the phone number and email details you entered for each pass during the checkout process.
