How Can I Prepare For The Day Of Installation?

  • Arrival Time

The installation team will arrive anytime between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on your scheduled installation date. If you need us to arrive at a different time, please reach out to our project management team prior to the scheduled installation date.

  • Have An Adult Present

An adult 18 years or older must be present to allow us access to your property and participate in pre and post-installation walk through.

  • Protecting Your Home

We always strive to be diligent from start to finish with all of our installations. However, we do encourage you to cover any furniture, cabinetry, walls, windows, that you don’t want dust and/or small debris to collect.

  • Clear The Installation Area(s)

Unless during the in-home estimate appointment you requested furniture moving, all non-standard furniture (e.g. Piano) should be removed from the installation areas, hallways, and any other area installers need access to. Installers will not pack or unpack any boxes. You are responsible for removing any small items, breakables, wall hangings, etc. Installers will clean the installed area after completion.

  • Pets

Move all pets to a safe and secure location away from all installation areas.

  • Verify Product

Your installer will ask you to verify product(s), color(s), and area(s) of installation when they arrive.

  • Homeowner Association Rules, CCRs (Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions)

Associations & CCRs may have sound mitigation bylaws, specific working hours, and other requirements. Please check and let us know before your scheduled installation date.
