Change your HoneyBook login email address

Learn how to change your login email in HoneyBook through account settings and 2-step verification

We'll cover how to change the email that you use to log in to HoneyBook below. The email that you use to log in to HoneyBook is also the email address where you'll receive account-related notifications. If you'd like to change the email that you send messages from, you'll need to integrate a different email in a different section of your account.

  1. Click your company logo from the side navigation menu > select My Account

  2. Click the Email Address field in the Account Info section

  3. Follow the prompts to complete the 2-Step verification process

  4. Once you've completed the verification, click Confirm

  5. Now, you can update your email by clicking the Email Address field again and making any necessary adjustments

  6. All changes will save automatically.


What to do if you can't change your login email

New email address already in use

If the new email address you'd like to use has already been used in HoneyBook, please reach out to our Support team by clicking the Question Mark icon on any HoneyBook page and chatting in, "Talk to a person." Be sure to also message in with:

  • Old login email address

  • Email address you'd like to change to

Can't complete 2fa

If you no longer have access to your security phone number, or aren't receiving the 6-digit code, please reach out to our Support team by clicking the Question Mark icon on any HoneyBook page and chatting in, "Talk to a person."
