Verifying your bank account

What to do when you're asked to verify or re-verify your bank account

If you've previously been receiving payments on a regular basis and now don't see a particular payment in your bank account — and you've double checked all the details — it's likely that your bank account details need to be verified by our payment processor.

To verify your bank account, update HoneyBook with: 

  • The correct bank account name

  • Social security number (for personal bank accounts)

  • TIN or EIN number (for business bank accounts)


This should be a one-time verification process; once you've entered in the correct information, your retained funds will be transferred promptly — you should see them in your account in 2-3 business days.
