Learn how to add your business's brand assets to your HoneyBook account so they can be used in your company files and materials

Your brand is an important part of your business. By uploading your company's images and assets into HoneyBook, all communication on the platform will reflect your brand, fostering a sense of organization and professionalism for your clients.

🎨 Did you know?

HoneyBook can automatically pull in brand elements from your social media and website. When creating your account, just enter your website URL. Learn more about automatically importing your branding.


Add your company logo and branding

  1. From the navigation menu, select your profile photo

  2. Select Company settings

  3. Select Company brand

  4. Upload your main logo, secondary logo, and main header image

  5. Select your brand color

Add your profile photo

  1. From the navigation menu, select your profile photo

  2. Select My account

  3. Click to add or edit a profile photo

🎨 Size, file type, and other requirements

  • Main logo size: 100px x 100px

  • Secondary logo size: 600px x 600px

  • Profile photo: 360px x 360px

  • Upload in PNG, JPG, or GIF format

  • To set your brand color, you must know your HTML color code

Add company theme

  1. From the navigation menu, select your profile photo

  2. Select Company settings

  3. Scroll to the Company smart file theme section

  4. Select Customize company theme

From here, you can choose a font, font size, background, text highlight color, and other elements.
