How to locate a project workspace using the search tool or your project pipeline

Updated over a week ago

Projects in HoneyBook are folders that house all of the files, participants, communication and other details for a specific project, job, client, or event—making them incredibly powerful organizational tools. Locating a project in HoneyBook is easy, and you can do so in a few different ways.

Finding an existing project

1. Simply search for a specific project via the search icon to the top left of your screen, OR click the Projects tab to review your full list of projects (the project pipeline).

HoneyBook Tip: Clicking on the Projects tab will bring you to the Active Projects view of your project pipeline. Active Projects offers a bird's eye view of all of the projects that are currently in the works—archived projects will not appear here. From this view, you can also click into different stages and sort projects by name, project date, project type, and more!

If you have team members in HoneyBook, you can click the pipeline drop-down for additional team member details: select a team member's pipeline to view it, or select View all to see all projects under the company.

Can’t find the project you’re looking for? Follow the steps below to check if the project is marked as do not track on pipeline.

Locating "do not track" projects

1. First, navigate to ANY project.

2. Once inside the project, click the 3 horizontal lines in the header.

3. Then, click the drop down menu and select Untracked Projects at the bottom of the list.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not track can be a helpful tool if you’re using related workspaces and don’t want to crowd your pipeline—you can set related workspaces to do not track while keeping the main project workspace tracked on your pipeline.

Once inside the intended project/workspace, you can always update the stage from do not track on pipeline to any other stage to add it back to your pipeline:
