Edit a contact's info

Update a contact's info in case their email changes, they get married, or there's a new vendor contact you should reach out to.

Update contact information for a client or collaborator from either your Contacts tab or within a project.


Update contact info from the Contacts tab

  1. From the top navigation menu, select Clients > select Contacts

  2. Hover over the contact you want to update > select the triple dot icon > select Edit client info

  3. Make your changes

  4. Select Save


Update contact info from within a project

The process is slightly different depending on whether you're editing a client/lead or a project collaborator (like a vendor).

Update a client's info in a project

  1. From the top navigation menu, select Projects

  2. Select the project that holds the client you'll update

  3. Select the client or lead you'll update from the participants list > select Go to client workspace

  4. Next to the client's name, select the pencil icon

  5. Make your changes > select Save

Update a collaborator's info in a project

  1. From the top navigation menu, select Projects

  2. Select the project that holds the collaborator you'll update

  3. Select the collaborator you'll update from the participants list > select Participant info

  4. Next to the collaborator's name, select the pencil icon

  5. Make your changes > select Save
