HoneyBook’s mobile app — available on iOS and Android — is a great supplementary tool to the desktop experience. With the mobile app, you can easily respond to new Inquiries, create Projects, communicate with your clients, receive instant payment notifications, and more — all on the go!
Here are the features currently available on iOS and Android:
iOS Features
From the iOS app, you can:
View and manage your Project Pipeline
Use the search bar to find existing Projects, files, and contacts
Create & send Invoices, from scratch or using Templates
Create & send Contracts, from scratch or using Templates
Create & send Proposals, from scratch or using Templates
Create & send Questionnaires, from scratch or using Templates
Send existing Brochure Templates & edit Brochure settings
Send non-HoneyBook file attachments to clients
View & send already drafted files

From the iOS app, at the moment, you cannot:
Create new Timelines
Edit Brochure Templates' content before sending
Create any new Templates (including files, emails, packages, etc.)
Update Company Settings
Access advanced tools like Bookkeeping, Contact Form, and Automations
Android Features
From the Android app, you can:
