If you originally set up a HoneyBook account with Facebook, and you're now trying to log into the HoneyBook app via your mobile device, we've got you covered.
To make this process a little easier, we recommend that you first log into the Facebook account associated with your HoneyBook account on your device. You can log into Facebook through the Facebook mobile app, or your phone’s web browser.
To log into the HoneyBook mobile app using your Facebook account:
1. Open the HoneyBook app on your mobile device.
2. Tap Login.
3. Tap the Facebook icon.
4. Click Continue to allow HoneyBook to use facebook.com to sign in.
5. From here, you’ll be prompted to select your Facebook account.
If you have the Facebook mobile app downloaded on your device, tap Open to log into HoneyBook through the Facebook mobile app. Then:
If you’re already logged into your Facebook account, simply tap Continue
If you’re not logged into Facebook, enter your Facebook mobile number or email and Facebook password, tap Log In, then Continue
If you do not have the Facebook app downloaded:
If you’re already logged into your Facebook account on your device’s web browser, simply tap Continue
If you’re not logged into Facebook, enter your Facebook mobile number or email and Facebook password, tap Log In, then Continue
📣 Note
If your device is logged into a Facebook account that is not associated with a HoneyBook account, you’ll receive an error message when attempting to log into HoneyBook via Facebook. This is an easy fix – just make sure that you’re logged into the correct Facebook account on the Facebook mobile app or your phone’s web browser.
After logging in via Facebook, you’ll be brought to your HoneyBook account where you can get started managing projects, sending emails and files, and more.
