Honeycommb uses your network's default payment method, not to be confused with your member profile's default card, to run all Honeycommb subscription payments. Here's how to change it...

Steps To Change Your Honeycommb Network's Default Payment Method

  1. Loing to the network's Control Center using your network administrator account. For help, read: How To Access The Control Center

  2. Go to - Account & Billing > Payment Methods - in the right side menu.

  3. If you have no payment methods saved to the account, click the "Add Payment Method" button in the top right area of the Payment Methods section. Complete the card information fields required and click "Add New Card". This card will now be saved and set automatically as your default payment method.

  4. If you have saved payment methods and want to add a new one as your default payment method, click the "Add Payment Method" button in the top right area of the Payment Methods section. Complete the card information fields required and click "Add New Card". Your new payment method will appear in the list of payment methods.

  5. Make your new card the default payment method by clicking the ••• button at the far right of your new cards row and select "Make Default". This will now be the payment method used for the network's Honeycommb subscription(s).
