About the Subscription Service
viaim offers three tiers—Basic, Pro, and Ultra—with increasing transcription quotas and features.
The Basic plan provides 600 minutes monthly, Pro offers 1,800 minutes, and Ultra grants unlimited transcription.
Higher tiers unlock advanced AI models, enhanced Vitana capabilities, and expanded workspace limits.
As you move to higher tiers, you'll unlock increased monthly transcription quotas (up to unlimited), access to advanced AI models, enhanced Vitana capabilities like Multi-Record Q&A, and expanded workspace limits.

How to Subscribe
You can subscribe to our service using either the mobile app or the desktop app.
Currently, we offer two payment options: monthly or annual.
Subscribe via Mobile App
Go to Settings to view your current account tier. By clicking on your tier, you can see how many transcription minutes you’ve used and when your next monthly quota will reset.
You can compare and choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs, and select either a monthly or annual payment option.
Subscribe via Desktop App
Once you’re logged in to the desktop app, go to Settings → Upgrade to access the subscription page.
You can choose the plan you want to subscribe to, click Pay, enter your card information, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase.
After the payment is successful, return to the viaim desktop app and you will be able to use all subscription features normally.
How to cancel a subscription?
Please first ascertain if the subscription was initiated via the mobile application or desktop software, and then proceed with the relevant cancellation procedure.
Subscribe via Mobile App
Currently, you cannot cancel the subscription directly within the App. You can cancel the subscription service through the following methods.
iOS User(Apple Pay)
Open the App Store on your device.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Subscriptions and locate your subscription to viaim.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.
Android Users:
Open Google Play;
Tap profile icon (top-right corner);
Navigate: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions;
Select viaim → Cancel Subscription. For subscriptions purchased through other platforms (e.g., directly via the website), the cancellation process may vary. Refer to the platform's subscription management settings or contact support for assistance.
If you cancel the subscription, the change will not take effect immediately, but will only become effective at the end of the current subscription period. Before it takes effect, you will still enjoy the benefits you have purchased previously.
Subscribe via Desktop Software
1. Firstly, please confirm within the settings that your software version has been updated to 1.1.1 or above.
2. After confirming the upgrade to the latest version, click on the "Subscription Center" below "My Account".
3. Click on the Billing in the upper right corner to select Cancel Subscription.
How to get a invoice
If you are subscribing to a service through a mobile app, you will receive a bill sent to you by Apple or Google.
You can check the email associated with your Apple or Google account, where you should typically receive a subscription confirmation email along with the receipt.
If you are subscribing to a service through desktop software:
Confirm software version 1.1.1 or above
Click "Subscription Center" under My Account
Click Billing (upper right) → Select Apply for Invoice
After submitting the application, we will issue the invoice as soon as possible and send it to your email.
