Here are some tips that will help create a great customer experience:
Leave immediately after accepting a job. This will give you the best chance of arriving early and exceeding the customer's expectations.
Be professional by wearing a proper uniform and arriving in a clean truck that is easily recognizable with your company's logo.
Be friendly by introducing yourself to customers with a smile and offering perks such as water and gum. Customers love it when their provider goes the extra mile to provide great service.
