Here's how to change your operator availability from "Off Duty" to "On Duty"

One of the great things about the HONK Partner app is that you're able to indicate whether you're available to take jobs or not by marking yourself as "On Duty" and "Off Duty." 

On Duty = You'll get alerted of jobs in your area
​Off Duty = You won't get any alerts

To make sure that you get alerts for jobs in your area, here is how to change your status within the HONK Partner app.

Step 1: 

Open the app and click the Menu icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. 

Step 2

Click on the Profile page. This will take you directly to your operators profile where you can edit your availability.

Step 3

Once you're on your Profile page, and if you're marked as being "Off Duty" you'll notice that the icon next to the "On Duty" status will be greyed out. In order to change your status, you'll want to click on the icon so that it turns green.

Step 4

Once you've hit that button you'll not only see the icon turn green, you'll also see a banner that will indicate to you, that you are "On Duty" and want to know about jobs in your area. At this point you'll be good to go and will get alerts for jobs near you.
