What is HONK's Partner Code of Conduct?

To ensure that the quality of customer service meets HONK's standards, we recommend that our Partners adhere to certain suggestions.

The HONK Partner Code of Conduct is paramount in making sure that both our Partner's and customer's experiences on HONK's platform are the best they can possibly be. 

Partners can access the Code of Conduct by clicking on the Partner Policies tab within their joinHONK.com account.

PARTNER CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Demonstrate respect for HONK Customers and Employees (Service Providers should expect the same level of respect from HONK Customers and Employees)

  • Demonstrate integrity at all times by conducting all dispatch, towing & roadside services in an honest, unbiased and unprejudiced manner

  • Demonstrate accountability at all times by taking responsibility for their own actions, ensuring appropriate use of information, and taking all necessary precautions to provide a safe and positive experience

  • Maintain a high standard of conduct by having all employees/drivers:
    - Trained and knowledgeable in best practices for towing and roadside assistance and delivering quality customer service
    - Carry themselves in a presentable, professional and positive manner (including uniformed attire with service provider company name and driver identification)

  • Maintain a high standard of practice by:
    - Always operating branded, well maintained, equipped and clean vehicles
    - Abiding by all necessary insurance requirements, licenses, permits, and local, state and federal regulations.
    - Ensuring that all drivers providing services on behalf of HONK have passed a background check

  • Adhere to HONK’s Partner Agreement and Policies at all times
