HONK Partners have the freedom to decide what services they do and do not want to provide for HONK. If you do not want your company getting alerts for fuel deliveries, that's totally fine! If your company doesn't have the capability to assist on medium duty tows, you can choose to disable those alerts as well. Here's what you'll need to do. 

First, you'll want to visit joinHONK.com and log into your account. Don't remember your password? No problem, you can send yourself an email to reset it. 

Once you've logged into your joinHONK.com account, go to the page where you will adjust which services you provide. You can find this page by toggling on options on the left side of the screen.

 In the image below, you will notice that this Partner is capable of performing every type of service though HONK. This is indicated by the green toggle next to each service type.

If this Partner however has decided that they do not want to, or that they do not have the capability to assist on medium duty jobs - they can easily turn that service off by clicking on the green toggle.  

You'll want to make sure that you click the "SAVE" button anytime you make a change to this page. 

As a reminder, HONK Partners are able to make changes to their account at any time. Just because you do not offer medium duty tows right now, does not necessarily mean that you won't in the future. If the time comes when your company is capable of handling medium duty tows, you can visit your account and toggle the icon so that you receive alerts in the future.
