Once have you completed a job, the best way to request payment is from the Payment page of your joinhonk.com account. To request payment through your profile simply follow the step-by-step instructions below:
Log into your joinHONK.com account and click on the Payment tab in the left-hand corner of your screen. On this page, you will see a list of all of the HONK jobs that have been completed by your company. To request payment for a recently completed job, click the "request payment" button on the right side of the screen.
2. Once you click "request payment" you will see job details and the option to update the status of that job. To mark the job as completed, click the icon next to "Job Status."
3. Three options will then drop down. You will want to click on "Service Performed/Completed."
4. REMINDER: If the job performed was a tow, be sure to remember to add the loaded miles as well.
5. After doing so, simply click the Request Payment button and we will begin the process of paying you out for the indicated job.

When your payment is ready, you will receive an email from HONK noting the payment details. To redeem your HONK payment from the virtual credit card, enter the credit card information provided into your merchant account card reader or payment service provider app for the exact payment amount. If you have direct deposit set up, payments are deposited automatically into your account. Please note that HONK no longer offers direct deposit to accounts created after March 2024.
