Changing company and account information can easily be done from within your joinHONK.com account. In your profile you can change any company information by clicking on the "Company" tab listed on the left-hand side of your screen. On this page you'll be able to change your:
company name
dispatch phone number
business address (main facility address)
When entering your address, you will see a list of suggested addresses as you start typing. Continue to type out your full address on the first line, then select the suggested address to ensure that you don't encounter any errors when saving your information on this page. Avoid using abbreviations.
If you are looking to change any account information, click on the "Account Settings" tab on the lower left part of your screen. On this page, you'll be able to change your:
first and last name
email address
business phone number
account password
If you have any further questions, you can click the icon in the bottom right-hand corner to chat with a Partner manager. Always double-check details after making edits to prevent errors and ensure accurate updates.
