Viewing Users in Hook
A User in Hook is a user of your organisation’s platform. Each User on your organisation’s platform has a dedicated page in Hook. This page displays product activity, engagement details, and any notes.
Viewing Users as individuals can provide additional information about usage activity for Users of different types. For example, finding out more information about power Users before adding them to a cadence. This is helpful for CSMs managing smaller accounts where ensuring User activity is high for key stakeholders is crucial.
Hook users are different - these are users of Hook’s platform within your own organisation. Find out more about managing Hook users here.
Get to the User page by clicking on a User in the Users section on the account page.
