Upsell Level
Upsell Level is a Low or High score that can be found underneath the Engagement Level. This indicates the likelihood this account will be upsold. In the example below, the account has a High Upsell Level.
Upsell Opportunity
Upsell Opportunity is the predicted additional ARR value for upselling this account. In the example below, the account has a High upsell score with an Upsell Opportunity of $20k.
