View key account attributes in Customer Details on the Account Page.

The Customer details section on the Account Page is the right panel that displays important information about the account.

View key information and any additional fields specific to your organisation (custom fields). This information is updated daily from your organisation’s CRM.

Subscription History

Subscription history gives an overview of current (in bold) and past subscriptions (in grey) for this account. These subscriptions are calculated using data from your organisation's CRM.

Example:

This account below has an active subscription for the Reel time product with a renewal date of 13th July 2025, for $100k and 11 licenses. Its previous subscription ended on 7th July 2024.

Links

Links are used to access external webpages relevant to the account. This may include:

  • CRM account page

  • Dashboard for this account in a data visualisation tool
