Key Metrics Settings: Display and Customisation

Customise metrics displayed and rename metrics in the Key Metrics section on account pages and the Customers Table.

Customise Key Metrics

Key metrics are product usage, support, meetings and user activity metrics that provide insights into an account’s engagement. They are displayed in the Key Metrics section on an account page and in the Customers Table. View Key Metrics for an account alongside its ARR, renewal date and Engagement Level in the Customers Table.

Customise and organise Key Metrics in Key metrics settings, Key metric categories settings and Customer details settings.

Display a Key Metric: Key Metrics section (Account Page)

  1. Go to Key metrics settings (in UI Configuration settings).

  2. Toggle the switch on in the Key Metrics column.

  3. In Key metric categories settings., drag and drop this metric into one of the categories.

Key metrics always need to be added to a key metric category to appear in Hook.

Remove a Key Metric: Key Metrics section (Account Page)

  1. Go to Key metrics settings (in UI Configuration settings).

  2. Toggle the switch off in the Key Metrics column.

Display a Key Metric: Customer details (Account Page)

  1. Search for the key metric, or select it from the Key metrics list.

  2. Hover over the metric name and click the + icon to add to the list of displayed fields.

  3. Click and drag the metric to move it to a different position in the list.

Remove a Key Metric: Customer details (Account Page)

  1. Hover over the metric name and click the x icon to remove the metric from the list.

Display a Key Metric: Customers Table

  1. Go to Key metrics settings (in UI Configuration settings).

  2. Toggle the switch on in the Customer table column.

  1. Go to Key metrics settings (in UI Configuration settings).

  2. Toggle the switch off in the Customer table column.

Rename a Key Metric

  1. Go to Key metrics settings (in UI Configuration settings).

  2. Click the edit ✎ icon to change the metric name.

  3. Click the tick button when completed, or the cross to cancel.
