Analyse Metrics and Engagement Over Time
The Customers Table shows your accounts and their data, including metric changes for accounts over time. CSMs can see the impact of their actions on the health of their book of business by seeing changes in important metrics over time.

Use the Compare against Button on the Customers Table
Build a report in the Customers table. Ensure the report includes the values you’d like compared to a previous point in time, e.g. past engagement level.
Click the Compare against dropdown. Select the period of time to compare against. For example, 3 months.
The previous values will be added as an additional column adjacent to every metric value or engagement level in the Customers table.

How far back can I compare metrics?
Compare metrics with previous dates of up to 6 months ago. Use the Period dropdown in the Key Metrics section on an account page to compare metric values for more than 6 months ago.
