Reporting on Goals

Stay on track with your Goals by building reports.

Goals are set in Hook create personalised account plans on individual accounts and at an organisation level.

Building reports on Goals helps maintain organisation, track progress within a book of business, and share account plans with teams. Reporting on Goals enables revenue leaders to track actions taken by CSMs on at-risk accounts, at an organisational level.

Build a Goals Report

The steps for setting up a Goals report in Hook.

  1. Go to Goals in Hook.

  2. Create a new view with the desired filters. Examples below:

Highest Priority Goals

  1. Select the pencil icon next to Filters.

  2. Apply a filter on Priority and select High and Highest.

  3. Click Save as and enter a name and click Save. This report is then saved for future use.

Progress Against Goals

  1. Select the pencil icon next to Columns and drag the Progress field further up the list to ensure it’s one of the first few columns in the report.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to Sort by and click the up arrow next to Progress.

  3. This will display a report of Goals with the least progress at the top of the list.

  4. Click Save as and enter a name and click Save. This report is then saved for future use.

Goals Set and Engagement Level Changes

  1. Select the pencil icon next to Columns and update the Columns so that the following are visible:

    1. Customer

    2. Objective

    3. Type

    4. Owner

    5. Previous Score

    6. Predicted Score

    7. Deadline Date

    8. Progress

    9. Status

  2. Apply a filter on Previous score to include Very Low, Low and Medium.

  3. Apply a filter on Current score to include High and Very High.

  4. This will display a report of goals that have increased the engagement levels of at-risk accounts.

  5. Click Save as and enter a name and click Save. This report is then saved for future use.

Example Goal Reports

Have full visibility on Goals for your team and their status with reports on Goals.

See the status of the highest priority goals

Filter on Goals where Priority is High or Highest, or sort by this column

Analyse usage of goals by your team against at-risk accounts.

Filter on accounts with a Previous score of Medium, Low or Very Low

Understand the progress your team is making towards completing goals.

Check the Progress % column

See the impact of setting goals on increasing the engagement of accounts.

Can I share Goals reports with the rest of my team?

Share reports with other Hook users by copying the URL in your browser’s address bar. To share views with anyone outside of Hook, data can be exported by clicking on the Export button.

How can I see which Goals are recently completed?

Recently completed Goals appear in the Overview page in the Goals section.

The most recently completed Goals will also appear on the right side panel of the Goals table.
