How to log into the App

How do I start in the App?

Download the App to your mobile device or tablet

Your App account can be logged in on up to 3 devices at one time. Logging in on more than 3 devices may result in performance issues. We recommend logging out of one device before adding a new one.

NOTE: The learning content is not available via the web at this time, it must be accessed via the App. The app is only available for iOS, Android, and Amazon devices but not accessible through desktop Mac or Windows app stores.

If you're unable to install via your App Store linked above, we recommend visiting the App Store on your device, search "Hooked on Phonics", and install the App that way.

Once the App is installed, follow these steps:

  1. Open the App and select Log In

  2. Enter the email address you used to subscribe and the password that was included in your order confirmation email or the password you created when you placed your order

I mistyped my email when I ordered, now I cannot log in

If you have misspelled your email address when enrolling, please reach out to a representative with your order number and the misspelled email if you know it, as well as your correct email address, and we will be able to update your account and provide new login credentials.
