Don't worry! If for any reason we cannot accept your order, the authorization you see pending in your account will be reversed automatically within 3-5 business days. When your order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons:
Your payment method
We cannot accept prepaid, CashApp, payroll, or government issued cards for recurring payments of our subscription-based products. Please try an alternative form of payment.
You have a prior business relationship us
You've held an account with Hooked on Phonics, Hooked on Math, or Hooked & Co. book clubs (formerly Early Moments) and due to the status of the account, our systems have rejected your order. This may be because you disputed an agreed-upon charge through your bank, or because you are otherwise not qualified for this offer based on our prior business relationship with you.
You have already taken advantage of a trial promotion
Due to the nature of our deeply discounted welcome offers, we can only offer these discounts once per household, and only to new customers. Our systems will have flagged, cancelled, and refunded your subsequent order as a duplicate.
